How does Sigilium interacts with Outlook PC

To allow the synchronisation with Outlook Desktop PC, our application needs to be installed on the user's computer.

Our application downloads the latest signature data every hour and simply updates the files in the Microsoft Signature Folder.

Outlook Monitor changes on these files in real time.

So every update on the files updates the signature in the app.

This architecture is also a guarantee that we do not interact with Outlook's emails.

It's important to note that if Outlook is installed via Microsoft Store, this signature's directory will not be monitored.

You must install Outlook via the classic process.
